Pricing and proposals

• Prices shown are in Australian dollars and are indicative of our standard fixed-price services. Your actual price is the one in your written proposal.
• Completing our enquiry form doesn't create any obligation on you or us. An engagement begins only when you accept a written proposal and our service agreement, and the deposit is received.
• Timeframes on this site (such as "up and running within two weeks") describe typical outcomes for responsive clients — they're not a guarantee, as delivery depends on third-party approvals and how quickly information is provided.

Partner commissions

We're a Shopify Partner. When we set up a Shopify store for you, Shopify pays us a referral commission (up to 20% of your subscription fee, ongoing). This costs you nothing — you pay Shopify's standard advertised prices — and we recommend platforms based on what fits your business, not on commissions. We'll always tell you when a product we recommend pays us.
