Tapper Advisory Pty Ltd (ACN 698 426 612), trading as Tapper Advisory, provides digital solutions — websites, online stores, payments, delivery and bookings setup — to Australian small businesses. What we collect

• Enquiry form: when you complete our "Tell Us About Your Business" form, we collect your name, business name, phone, email, and the answers you give about how your business operates.
• Correspondence: emails and messages you send us.

We don't collect payment or banking information through this website.

How we use it

• To assess your business and prepare your fixed-price proposal — the reason you gave it to us.
• To contact you about your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver our services.
• We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists without consent, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who processes it for us

Your information is stored with trusted providers we use to run our business: Jotform (form processing), Google Workspace (email), Vercel (website hosting) and Cloudflare (network services). Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We also use AI tools to help analyse enquiries and prepare proposals; your information is not used to train AI models.

Cookies

This website itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our enquiry form (provided by Jotform) may set functional cookies necessary for the form to work — for example, remembering your progress. If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email morgan@tapperadvisory.com.au and we'll action it promptly.
